A SCUFFLE broke out shortly after Jill Biden’s motorcade rolled through Washington, DC and prompted security fears.
The commotion started around 5.02pm on Monday after the suspect came near Jill’s motorcade by the White House.

Photos obtained by Economics Reporter, Zachary Halaschak, from the Washington Examiner, show cops holding a person down on the ground who appears to be handcuffed.
The K-9 unit was also at the scene, alongside Secret Service police.
The U.S. Secret Service told The Sun, that someone “attempted to enter the restricted portion of the roadway and disregarded orders to stop from U.S. Secret Service Uniformed Division Officers.”
The individual was then arrested after trying to flee from the officers.
Authorities told The Sun that two officers were taken to a hospital nearby after the “minor physical altercation” broke out.
“The subject was charged with assault on a police officer, failure to obey, crossing a police line, and resisting arrest,” according to the Secret Service.
The suspect was also taken to the hospital after requesting medical attention.
According to police, the motorcade movement wasn’t effected by the incident.
