THIS is the shocking moment two Met Police officers appear to repeatedly punch a teenage boy in his friend’s back garden.
Footage shared online appears to show the uniformed officers beating the lad, said to be 16, at least seven times before piling on top of him.
The violent attack reportedly took place when the boy, described as a GCSE student, had gone to visit a pal in Abbey Wood, South East London.
Sharing the video on social media, Carina White said the lad had noticed police in his friend’s garden and went to check if everything was okay.
She explained: “This is a friend of a friend’s son and took place yesterday in Abbey Wood.
“He had gone to see if his friend was okay as he saw police in his garden and this is what the end result was.
“The police weren’t even there for him.”
Carina also shared the video with the force, adding: “Hey Met Police, just wondering if this is reasonable and appropriate use of force to detain a 16 year old child?
“Kicking and punching???”
Users were quick to express their outrage, with one person commenting: “This is outrageous and must be investigated.”
