BRITS are bracing for another Spring scorcher with temperatures set to be higher than BARCELONA.
It follows a balmy bank holiday weekend as the mercury hit a whopping 23C, the hottest recorded this year so far.

While temperatures gradually dipped from Saturday – down to an equally summery 17C on Easter Monday – they will pick up again later in the week.
On Tuesday, temperatures will remain at a chilly 2C or 3C in the South West of England – averaging out at 5C country-wide.
But by the afternoon, temperatures will soar as high as 15C in the South East.
And on Wednesday, highs of 18C will make the UK hotter than BARCELONA – where locals will enjoy a milder 14C.
BBC weather forecaster Matt Taylor told the Mirror: “For those of you who have extended your Easter break into this week there is some good weather news in that there will be a lot of dry weather around.
“Admittedly there will be some showers, more especially in the next 24 hours and as the week goes on an increasing breeze will turn eastern areas that bit cooler.”

Before the temperatures soar on Wednesday, Brits could face a chilly start to Tuesday as they head back to work.
Frost could hit in Northern Ireland and in the south and east of Scotland – followed by sunshine and showers across most of the UK, with temperatures around 17C.
It comes after holidaymakers quit resorts early and triggered a 20-mile traffic jam on Monday.
Beaches emptied, with 11am seeing a long snarl-up of stop-start vehicles on the M5 eastbound near Bridgwater and Weston-super-Mare, Somerset.
Transport chiefs blamed the Easter travel surge on the public’s desire to make up for missing out on family visits and trips out during the pandemic.
And the AA said drivers’ desire to travel had not been dented by soaring petrol costs, nor concerns over petrol station supplies running short after protestors Just Stop Oil and Extinction Rebellion prevented tankers leaving some oil depots last week.
