Cutler has been arrested on four counts of possession of unlawful sexually explicit material of a minor.
According to reports, the arrest comes after a two-month-long investigation of the lawyer.
The investigation consisted of a search of multiple homes belonging to Cutler.

According to the Hancock County district attorney, the material they have obtained contains children under the age of 12.
Cutler was arrested at his residence in Brooklin, Maine. He is currently being held at the Hancock County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
On March 24, it was announced that Cutler is being represented by Walter McKee, a top criminal defense lawyer based in Augusta, Maine.
