WHATSAPP is releasing a surprise new update that Netflix fans will love.
The app gets new features regularly – and sometimes experts give us an early glimpse.

Now the sleuths at WABetaInfo have revealed a new set of emoji-style icons coming to the app.
The WhatsApp investigators dig into the “beta” version of the chat app to find the biggest changes.
And a new discovery on the iPhone, Android and Desktop beta reveals a brand new sticker pack.
Netflix fans will be impressed: it’s a Stranger Things selection.
WhatsApp often adds new sticker packs to celebrate popular culture.
And the brand new Stranger Things season four release has prompted WhatsApp to add an animated sticker pack for the show.
It’s available inside the WhatsApp Sticker Store as a 2.2MB download.
There are 11 stickers in total, featuring key characters including Millie Bobby Brown’s iconic Eleven.

“Since this sticker pack is rolling out, it may be needed some time before appearing right within the WhatsApp Sticker Store,” said WABetaInfo.
However, you can use a special link here to download it immediately.
“Deep links for stickers let users download certain sticker packs that are not available in specific countries,” WABetaInfo explained.
“When they are not rolled out to a certain WhatsApp account and they are compatible with WhatsApp for Android and iOS.”

How to get WhatsApp beta
To download WhatsApp beta for your smartphone you need to go to Google Play on your Android and search for WhatsApp.
Scroll down the page until you see “Become a Beta Tester”.
Tap the “I’m In” button and then click “Join” to confirm.
Now all you have to do is wait for the update to the beta version of the app.
Joining the WhatsApp beta on iPhone is more difficult, and has limited capacity.
