Khan captioned the post, “Not gonna lie when I say I thoroughly loved doing the photoshoot and showing off my 51 year old menopausal body. I feel strong, confident, happy and empowered. I am all for women doing what they need to do to get through life feeling positive and good about themselves, as long as they are safe, informed, have an aftercare plan in place and go to experts and trusted sources for any surgical or non surgical procedures.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Saira Khan stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don’t miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

Khan revealed some of her favorite exercises in an interview with Woman magazine. She says that she tries to workout every day, and one way she does so is by walking. “There’s no magic pill.
It’s about being active every day. That means keeping your steps up – at least 10,000 per day, I’d say. Walking is the
best exercise. If I’m not feeling a big workout or a run, I just go for a long walk.”

Khan tells Woman Magazine that she likes to do a combination of strength and cardio training each day. “I do 45 minutes of strength training and
cardio – that includes
things like skipping and bodyweight exercises,” she says. I really need to build my strength so that, as I get older, I can have
a good quality of life and range of movement, so I do some weight training, too.”

Khan prioritizes her beauty sleep each night. She tells Woman Magazine that sleep is a big part of her wellness routine. “We forget that we do need to sleep,” she says. “People think you don’t need it, but your body needs time to heal, repair and re-energise.”
