The first fight between the pair was supposed to be a mismatch on paper, with Money being the heavy favorite to win. However, The Notorious One shocked the entire world as he gave Mayweather a run for his money, matching his pace and intensity for the first half of the fight.
Following this, Mayweather managed to formulate a plan, pressuring the Irish fighter against the ropes and finishing him in the 10th round. McGregor impressed the fans and judges with his performance and gave Money a harder fight than he expected. Certainly now, he will be looking for his revenge if the second fight takes place and make Mayweather pay for underestimating him.
