Many wrestlers, including Dwayne Johnson and Brock Lesnar, have struggled with OCD, dyslexia, eating problems, and other mental problems. Let’s take a look at some of the wrestlers who fought against such issues.

Dwayne Johnson – Depression

Dwayne Johnson is known as one of the world’s most famous actors. The Rock has always been the best in whatever he’s done. Additionally, it appears like The Rock has had a happy and trouble-free existence. Although it’s not the case, The Rock has struggled with depression on a few occasions.

This illustrates that, no matter what you have accomplished in life or how great you are, depression does not spare anyone. In case you were unaware, his rejection of a possible sports career largely caused his depression.

John Cena – OCD

John Cena, like WWE superstar Dwayne Johnson, went on to become a top-tier Hollywood actor. During his time in WWE, he inspired many people with messages like “Rise Above Hate,” “Never Give Up,” and others. Cena, on the other hand, has had Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, aka OCD.

Alexa Bliss – Eating Disorder

In recent years, Bliss has been hailed as one of the most powerful WWE female superstars. However, when she was younger. She had suffered from anorexia, also known as an eating problem. This had a significant impact on Bliss, resulting in a life-or-death struggle.

Her heart rate dropped to 28 at this time, lowering her chances of survival due to her low heart rate. Bliss, on the other hand, had overcome and established herself as one of the most prominent figures in the industry.

Mark Henry – Dyslexia

Mark Henry, popularly called “The World’s Strongest Man” was one of the most influential wrestlers to emerge from the Ruthless Aggression Era. Henry was diagnosed with dyslexia when he was 12 years old.

Regardless of his inability to read, Henry overcame problems as a power lifter, a sport he took extremely seriously.

Diamond Dallas Page – Dyslexia

Likewise, DDP has struggled with dyslexia and Attention Deficit Disorder. DDP suffered at school because he had ADD and dyslexia, both of which no one could diagnose at the time, and he struggled as others breezed through early reading courses. However, he went on to win the WCW World Heavyweight Championship three times, the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship twice.
