Paul’s impressive performances have given him sturdy stepping stones to the pedestals of the boxing world. Moreover, former UFC lightweight champion Charles Oliveira recently opened up about his admiration for ‘The Problem Child‘. Paul’s trainer BJ Flores had messaged Oliveira by commending him for his accomplishments. Flores said, “Much respect for what you have done and what you have accomplished. We are rooting for you, Charles.”

In response, Oliveira replied, saying, “Thanks for the love. I’m a big fan of Jake Paul. Thanks for the love of god, bless you.”

Meanwhile, Alvey had recently parted ways with the promotion. Notably, his recent fights were plagued by consecutive losses. And, he was informed that he will not be re-signed with the UFC.

This was when he stated that a fight with Paul will be perfect for him. He was in an interview with Ariel Helwani of the MMA Hour. In conversation, he mentioned, “Every MMA fighter wants it, but now it kind of makes sense — is the Jake Paul fight.”
