Earlier on August 13th, the entire world celebrated International Left-handers Day. Notably, in a right-hand-centric world, everyone celebrates the uniqueness of the left-handers. Although the lakers star shoots from his right hand, very few people know that LeBron James is a left-handed guy.

Yes, he converted himself into a right-handed player because of Michael Jordan. So, he knows the value and uniqueness of being a left-handed guy. And knowing that Ken Griffey Jr. was also a left-handed athlete, James referred to him as his favorite left-handed athlete.

Taking to Twitter, LeBron James quoted a tweet that asked, “Who is your favorite lefty athlete of all time?” He quoted the tweet with a Griffey’s GIF.

Talking about the MLB career of Ken Griffey Jr; he played for the Seattle Mariners, Cincinnati Reds, and Chicago White Sox. With 630 home runs in his MLB career, the Mariners legend is on the list of the elite hitters in the game.

A 13-time All-Star appearance, league MVP, and a couple more accolades to his name, Griffey had a memorable career in MLB. Given his contribution to the game, MLB inducted him into the Hall of Fame.
