The Cleveland Cavaliers won the NBA title in 2016 after 52 years. This was their first title since 1964. The partnership between LeBron James and Kyrie Irving created history. LeBron and Kyrie led the Cavs to beat one of the best teams in the history of the game, the Warriors.

The Warriors under Steve Kerr were absolutely ruthless. They had won an NBA title and then went on to win two back to back after losing in 2016. The two sides played 4 finals in a row. Moreover, the 2016 win for the Cavaliers was more special because the Cavs came from 3-1 down to win 4-3 and clinch the final.
