Paige Spiranac is a former LPGA Tour Pro who now runs a booming YouTube channel. The ex-golfer is now a social media sensation and has tons of fans on the internet. People love to watch her golf-related videos on various social media platforms.

Spiranac also has a Twitter handle and at the same time runs a podcast by the name “Playing A Round with Paige Renee”. The 29-year-old talks about golf and other related topics on her podcast. Recently, she was also featured on another podcast named “The Bunker Podcast”.

In the episode, Spiranac talked to the host of the show about various golf-related topics. She also talked about how she has become a successful golf media person after she quit her professional career in golf. The two also discussed if Paige would ever turn back to being a pro-golfer again.

Paige Spiranac refers to golf as a ‘cycle of torture’

The host asked Spiranac about her present relationship with the sport. The social media influencer referred to the game as a “cycle of torture”. She explained that she occasionally feels like she’s good at the sport. But on other days, she feels to have done the right thing by quitting her professional career as a golfer.

Spiranac thinks that she has a ‘love-hate relationship’ with the sport and believes that she is in the right place as a social media star. She also talked about how she never got room to make mistakes and grow in her initial days due to the consistent criticism. She said, “I gave it that little bit of a run, which was like a very traumatic experience for me because I had so many eyes on me and that your first year is professional, it’s kind of time for you to learn and to fail and to grow.”

What does Spiranac plan to do in the future?

Spiranac is doing well in her career as a social media star and golf instructor. She is the best at her current job and finds herself as someone who does not belong on the course among amazing athletes. She further said, “I am, you know, number one with what I’m doing especially like on Instagram. So that’s where my real focus is.” She added.

Spiranac plans on growing her social media profiles and her YouTube channel consistently. And she is not wrong about that, as all her social media handles have immensely grown since she started. She has no plans to go back to playing professional golf as of now. But looking at the unexpected actions and decisions of the players lately, it is hard to say what Spiranac would do in the days ahead.
