“Woah Wragson” – NASCAR Fans React as Noah Gragson in Hilarious Stunt to Mock Ty Gibbs

In the hilarious news of the week, JR Motorsports driver Noah Gragson purchased fellow driver Jesse Iwuji’s merchandise. While on surface this looks pretty normal, with the context of why it might’ve happened, it’s pretty hilarious.

And it’s not as if Gragson was trying to hide it either. This was something he posted on his Snapchat, an order of Iwuji’s merchandise worth $50.

The screenshot of Gragson’s story led to some interesting and hilarious reactions from NASCAR fans.

Why did Noah Gragson buy Jesse Iwuji’s merchandise?

A friend’s enemy is a friend. Perhaps that is the reason why Noah Gragson purchased Jesse Iwuji’s merchandise. The thing is, Iwuji, albeit accidentally and unintentionally, wrecked Ty Gibbs during a caution in Portland.

And wrecking the Joe Gibbs Racing driver, who is a direct championship contender, must have done well in the favor of the JR Motorsports driver.

Though, Iwuji did apologize publically after the incident. The Xfinity Series driver took to Twitter to explain and apologise the incident from his end. “In regards to the on track incident today, I’ll take full responsibility for the miscommunication that led to this @TyGibbs_ . I apologize 🙏🏾,” he wrote.

Iwuji also added a note in which he explained the circumstances that led him to wreck the 19-year-old.

“I want to sincerely apologize to the #54 team for the incident during the caution at Portland. It was not intentional at all,” he wrote.

He explained how a misunderstanding from his radio and race control near Turn 1 rendered him unable to understand why Gibbs was moving to the outside wall.

This was something he assumed the JGR driver was doing to give him space to pass, while in reality, he was only doing so “big arc his corner” into the turn and as he did so, Iwuji made contact and collided.
