ADELE broke her silence on her chaotic Las Vegas residency during her first public UK concert in five years.
The star performed at BST Hyde Park last night, having postponed her Caesars Palace gigs in January.
“I had my shows that I was supposed to be doing but they didn’t happen,” she told the crowd.
“But we’re announcing them very, very soon. I’m just waiting on one piece of equipment.”
Adele had not played a public live show since she headlined two concerts at Wembley in 2017.
She was due to begin her Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace Hotel on January 21.

However, she made a last-minute decision to postpone the highly-anticipated series of shows due to it not being ready in time.
The British pop superstar said in February that her spectacular “has to happen this year”.

But The Sun revealed it was hit with fresh delays after the theatre laid off its workers for the summer.
Union officials representing staff at the Colosseum confirmed members of the team had been told to go home until September.
Sir Rod Stewart then begins his residency at the venue within the Caesars Palace hotel and casino complex.

There had been talk of Adele moving her performances to nearby Planet Hollywood — but that has shows until nearly Christmas, inclu- ding gigs by John Legend and Shania Twain.
Adele cancelled her planned series of performances in January just hours before her opening night — sobbing in a video message to fans that the shows were “not ready”.
