BECKY Vardy secretly invited Coleen Rooney to stay with her after hubby Wayne was caught drink-driving with a girl.
As a storm engulfed her marriage, Becky suggested Coleen pack her bags and bring their kids to take refuge at her house.

Becky, 39, married to Leicester striker Jamie, called Wayne a “c***” in a text revealed in their Wagatha Christie case last week.
But we can reveal she was “livid” when told that message was in Coleen’s legal documents — as she had offered to help her.
In 2017, Laura Simpson told how England legend Wayne ogled and kissed her.
She believed they would have spent the night together had they not been pulled over by police.
A source said last night: “Becky and Coleen were once really close. Becky was saying, ‘Pack your bags, get out of there, bring yourself and the kids over to our house, stay with us for as long as you want, get away from him (Wayne) and the nightmare, you’ll be safe here’.
“So you can imagine how livid and upset Becky was when she found out that text message about Coleen was in court documents.

“She felt she had done so much for her at that really difficult time, when Wayne was being an a**hole and was like, ‘How dare she use that against me?’
Coleen, 35, was on holiday in Majorca with the couple’s three elder sons when drunk Wayne was stopped behind the wheel of Laura’s VW Beetle at 2am.
He had been out in Cheshire with pals including ex-Man United teammate Wes Brown.
Laura told how Wayne kissed her and kept ogling her boobs, saying: “I’d like to get my hands on them.”
The source added: “Becky understood what Coleen was going through because of her previous relationship problems in the past.
“Coleen was very grateful to Becky, thanked her for being a good friend and sent her lots of kisses.
“It makes it all the more extraordinary she has now thrown all of this back into her face.”
Two years later, Coleen turned on Becky when she publicly accused her of leaking stories about her and Wayne to the Press.
Becky, who is suing Coleen for libel, sent a text to a friend about her, saying: “All I’ve ever been is nice to her though! Even when Wayne was being a c***.”
We can also reveal that Becky suspected Coleen was trying to find a “mole” six months before she went public.
‘DOESN’T MAKE SENSE’
High Court papers show Becky and agent pal Caroline Watt discussed a post from Coleen about gender selection in April 2019.
Becky says: “Maybe she’s just put it to see if anyone gives it to the media.”
Coleen shared another on her private Instagram account that August, the day after a news story about her was published.
Miss Watt said to Becky: “I think she has posted that to see if anyone sells it.”
Becky replied: “I wonder who it’s coming from then.”
A source said: “This shows Becky and Caroline had sussed Coleen and knew about her plans months before she carried them out — so why would they then leak stories? It doesn’t make sense.
“This is a game-changer for the case and appears to destroy Coleen’s claim that she caught Becky out.”
The judge is due to rule on a legal matter tomorrow before it goes to full trial in May.
