And on Thursday, the couple appeared to be going stronger than ever as they worked up a sweat together.
The 29-year-old tennis player took to his Instagram story to share footage of him working out at his Gold Coast home.

In the video, Bernard can be seen doing bent over arm swings with weights while his girlfriend could be seen doing bicycle crunches.
‘Couples that workout together stay together,’ he confidently wrote over the video.
Newly blond Tomic, who has matching peroxide locks to Keely, looked in good shape, showing off his muscular figure in a tight blue t-shirt paired with snug-fitting shorts.

Meanwhile, Hannah opted for a skimpy black top and a pair of bike shorts.
It comes after Bernard’s management confirmed the pair are now an item.
When asked if the pair were dating, Tomic’s management exclusively told Daily Mail Australia: ‘Yes they are dating. A Picture says a thousand words.’

The new relationship comes after his split from former Love Island contestant Vanessa Sierra.
They debuted their romance in November last year, when Vanessa shared a clip of the controversial player giving her a kiss on her buttocks to Instagram.
The pair appeared to split back in June following a very public spat, which involved Vanessa uploading footage of Bernard smashing her $16,000 laptop at an apartment in Croatia.
Footage showed Tomic in the midst of a tantrum, while a visibly worried Vanessa watched as he used his knees to break the MacBook in half.
The couple briefly reunited in September but it have since called things off for good.
