FANS of Celebrity Gogglebox went wild on Friday night after spotting First Dates star Fred Sirieix with his rarely-seen fiancee Fruitcake.
The maître d’hôtel – who rose to fame on the Channel 4 dating show – was seen cosied up on the sofa with his soon-to-be other half.
It was revealed that TV star Fred, 50, and his fiancee Fruitcake would be taking part in Celebrity Gogglebox earlier this year.
Much to the delight of fans, the pair were spotted watching TV on their sofa at home for the first time in this week’s episode.
Wearing a light blue loungewear suit, Fred could be seen lying down and resting his feet on Fruitcake, who donned a green jumpsuit.
The couple smiled and laughed together as they reacted to popular telly moments from throughout the week in the new episode.

Fans of the show went wild when the couple appeared on-screen, and took to social media to celebrate the couple on the show.
“Aw Fred and Fruitcake!” one wrote, as a second chimed in: “I already love having Fruitcake and Fred on the show #CelebrityGogglebox.”
A third chimed in: “Oh is that Fred’s Mrs? Well of course he would have impeccable taste in ladies, as well as everything else!”
“Oh my god, I love Fruitcake,” a fourth chimed in as a fifth concluded: “Fruitcake says it like it is. I love it.”

In January 2018, Fred took to his social media account to reveal he was in a new relationship with a woman he had nicknamed Fruitcake.
He has never revealed her real name or what she does for a living, despite her appearing on TV and social media with him.
The couple got engaged in March 2020 – and were due to get married in 2021 but were forced to delay it due to the pandemic.
Previously speaking on Good Morning Britain, Fred said: “Well we are waiting to see when we can travel as it’s important to have friends and family there.”
He added: “We have to stay fluid here, it’s out of control, but we are planning for early 2022 now.”

However, the couple are yet to get hitched but The Sun revealed they are planning a Jamaican wedding.
Before Fruitcake, Fred was in a 12-year-old relationship with the mother of his two children, Alex.
