EMMERDALE fans have been left open-mouthed as Kim Tate called off her wedding after Will Taylor’s explosive secret was finally exposed.
Kim – played by Claire King – had no idea her fiance had hired former prison pal-turned-private investigator Mike to try and find her son, who she believes died last year.

Will also provided Mike with a DNA sample from Jamie’s son Thomas after Mike informed him someone matching Jamie’s description had been spotted multiple times but needed to perform a DNA test to officially confirm whether it’s him.
However, tonight’s episode saw Kim find out exactly what her future husband had been up to, and was devastated that he had repeatedly lied to her.
Any hope Kim had that Jamie might be alive were dashed when Will revealed the DNA had matched Jamie’s.
And as she faced the renewed sense of loss, Will begged her to see that what he had done was for the right reasons and not because he didn’t love her.
But she tearfully told him: “But you’ve been lying to me for weeks, and I can’t be with someone I don’t trust.
“If I can’t trust you then I can’t marry you…I’m sorry but the wedding is off.”
However, the pair don’t know that Jamie actually is alive and that Mike lied to Will about the DNA.
The conniving character was seen on the phone to Jamie and told him Will had fallen for his lies “hook, line and sinker”.

After demanding payment for his efforts, he added menacingly: “Our business is finished, so remember, if you ever get the urge to mention my name….there was a reason I was in prison.
“Have a nice life Jamie.”
Emmerdale viewers took to Twitter to comment on the latest Tate family drama.
One wrote: “Noooo Kim & I don’t want you to split up I love you as a couple.”
