TOWIE star Tommy Mallet showed off his incredible body transformation after revealing his recent health scare.
The reality star, 30, said he was diagnosed with borderline diabetes back in April.
The TV favourite explained that the news had left him shaken him but also motivated him to get into shape.
“This whole year, I’ve not felt too right and I’ve put it off, put it off and I went and did a check yesterday and it came back and one of the test results weren’t too good,” Tommy told fans.
“It basically said I’m borderline diabetes and my cholesterol is high.”
Tommy’s fiancé Georgia Kousoulou, who has supported her partner through his health scare, said: “Tommy took the diabetes news really bad.

“I know it’s really scary but he hasn’t got diabetes yet.
“It’s like someone’s looked out for him and given him a warning.”
Businessowner Tommy explained: “So I’ve been told that I don’t need to go on medication or anything like that.
“It’s down to diet and weight loss.”

Tommy shared a video of him hitting the gym after receiving the shock health news.
The Essex lad posted a video of his figure before undergoing gruelling workouts and then shared a snap of his lean body transformation following months of hard work.
Showing off his muscular physique, he wrote: “When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
“After getting the boarder line type 2 diabetes news back in April I had no idea what it was but was great full it was reversible, I’ve made changes to my life that have been hard but rewarding!
“Consistency is Key and that’s one thing I’ve learnt over this journey! You can get whatever you want! Just keep going 
.”
In June, Tommy revealed his ripped body transformation after “completely changing” his lifestyle.
The dad of one posted stark before-and-after images, revealing his 10kg weight shred, to his Instagram page.
The snaps saw Tommy strip topless for each shot, with the latest showing his abdominals noticeably more toned, his strong pectorals and muscular quads.
The TOWIE favourite candidly posted in his caption: “Nearly three months ago I was given a challenge to lose 10kg & completely change my lifestyle!
“I told my doctor I was going to do it and it did!
“Thank you everyone for the help along the way!
“Time to get it all in the green 
”
Tommy, who proposed to long-time girlfriend Georgia this year, has spoken openly about his weight loss drive.
He admitted it came about after he was told he was on the verge of getting diabetes.
Baby Steps star Tommy told of the shock prognosis and confessed his “life was turned upside down.”
At the start of June, he said: “On the 7th of April I was told that I was boarder lining type 2 diabetes.
“There’s many reasons how this can happen, from that day forward I’ve changed my diet around & tried not to take on as much stress.. Heres my 2 month progress picture.
“@menshealthuk ring me in 3 months… Lets goooo!! Blood test at the end of this month! Il let you know the outcome.”
Tommy and Georgia, who have been together since 2014, got engaged in February after he popped the question during a holiday to Mexico.
He proposed at sunset, as Georgia, 30, cradled their son Brody in her arms.

She uploaded photos of the sweet moment her beau got down on one knee and wrote on Instagram: “OF COURSE I SAID YES”
And Tommy made fans laugh when he shared the same snaps, but wrote: “Got the job done (now stop asking me when I’m gonna do it.)”
