GARETH Gates shared a snap with his rarely seen daughter Missy on International Women’s Day.
The Pop Idol star posed with Missy, 12, in a sweet display of affection and said she was his “world”.

Gareth, 37, previously admitted: “It’s not often I post photos of my little girl” after vowing to keep her off social media.
The singer shares Missy with ex-wife Suzanne, and is very careful with what he posts about Missy, after saying he wants her to grow up away from the spotlight.
The former couple were together for ten years but split in 2011.
When they broke up he said in a statement: “Despite our efforts over the past three years to make our marriage work, sadly Suzanne and I have decided to separate.
“Whilst we have grown apart, we love and cherish our wonderful daughter Missy and together we will prioritise her happy upbringing.”

Meanwhile, Gareth is now enjoying a relationship with Chloe McLennan after splitting from his last love Faye Brooks.
An insider told last year that the couple have been dating since meeting in Ibiza in 2020.
It is the singer’s first romance since his split from ex fiancée Faye before lockdown.
The two called time on their relationship after deciding they’re better off as friends.
Gareth was runner up on Pop Idol to Will Young but went on to have a successful career.
Since 2007 the heartthrob from Bradford has gone on to star in several hit musicals including Les Miserables and Legally Blonde.
He was also a contestant on ITV’s Dancing On Ice back in 2008 and has made multiple TV appearances over the years.
