Gogglebox star Ellie Warner’s boyfriend Nat Eddleston stepped out in a neck brace on Tuesday in his first public sighting since his horror car crash.
Nat, 31, was said to be on life support after suffering collapsed lungs and a broken neck in a car crash, which happened in the Halton area of Leeds on March 19.
His girlfriend Ellie, 31, returned to Gogglebox earlier this month after she took two months off from filming alongside her sister Izzi as she supported Nat.

Now Nat is back on his feet and appears to be on the mend as he was seen doing a spot of food shopping at a Lidl supermarket in Leeds earlier this week.
He kept his injuries protected by wearing a halo brace, which is used to keep the neck and spine from moving while spinal injuries heal.
Nat sported black shorts and a brown zip-up hoody, while he kept comfortable in a pair of white trainers as he carried two bags of shopping out the store.

A picture emerged in March of the shocking crash, showing West Yorkshire Police at the scene of the serious collision as Nat was attended to by paramedics.
A family member told The Sun on Sunday after the incident: ‘Nat is in intensive care with a broken neck, broken back, two collapsed lungs and possible brain damage.
‘He is on a life support machine and all the family and Ellie are obviously very worried for him.’

Nat moved in with Ellie recently and briefly appeared alongside her on the show during the first months of the Covid lockdown.
Hairdresser Ellie has appeared on Gogglebox with her sister Izzi since 2015.
Ellie and Nat bought their first home together last year, a 1930s semi-detached house in Leeds.

It comes after his girlfriend Ellie discussed her and Nat’s wedding plans as she appeared back on Gogglebox earlier this month.
Ellie appeared in good spirits as she joked about her and Nat’s wedding plans and got her partner on the phone as she chatted with her sister in their home.
She explained she had asked Nat what type of wedding he wanted, to which he replied a shotgun wedding, when nuptials are hastily arranged after a pregnancy.
Ellie told her sister Izzi: ‘I said to Nat this morning, when we get married what type of wedding do you want? And he went: “A shotgun wedding!”
‘So I said “ooo does that mean you want me to be pregnant before we get married?” and he said “no”.’
Ellie admitted she wanted to know what her beau thought a shotgun wedding was and decided to call him to hear his thoughts.
On the phone, she asked him: ‘Nat? Do you know when you said about a shotgun wedding this morning? Do you actually know – what did you think a shotgun wedding meant?’
To which he responded: ‘When you’re forced to get married.’

An amused Izzi laughed before joking: ‘The bride has a shotgun!’
When Ellie asked him the reason for the ‘forced’ wedding, Nat replied: ‘Cos you’ve got someone pregnant.’
Ellie expressed her shock that he did know what it meant before she quipped: ‘So does that mean you’re going to get me pregnant?’
To which Nat replied ‘no’, prompting Ellie and Izzi to descend into laughter.
Earlier the same day, Ellie had taken to Instagram to confirm she was returning to the popular TV show for the first time in two months after Nat’s accident.
On Friday afternoon, Ellie shared a beaming snap with Izzi and told how she would be back on screens on Friday night and thanked her fans for their support.
She penned: ‘Looking forward to getting back on your screens tonight! Thank you for all the well wishes, we are really grateful that things are getting back to normal.’
Within minutes of sharing her first Instagram update in weeks, Ellie was inundated with supportive messages from Gogglebox fans who were happy she was back.

Fellow Gogglebox co-star Sophie Sandiford was one of the many to comment underneath Ellie’s update, writing: ‘Great to see you both back!! Xxxxx’

Ellie was said to have ‘barely left’ her partner’s bedside as he was on life support after suffering collapsed lungs and a broken neck as a result of the accident.
A source previously told The Sun: ‘Ellie’s focus, 100 per cent, is on Nat and supporting him in his recovery.’

While a friend added: ‘Her heart is totally ripped in two by all of this and she is still in a state of shock about how things have ended up. Right now all that Ellie is focusing on is making sure she is there for Nat.’
Ellie had taken a temporary leave of absence from the hugely popular show in order to care for Nat.
She has reportedly been paid her show fee in full.
According to The Sun, producers had told Ellie to take all the time she needs and have kept her monthly £1,500 per household payment.
A source told the publication: ‘Bosses paid Ellie her full fee for the show – they didn’t want her or Izzi worrying about money.
‘Of course they’ve honoured the payments – they take duty of care very seriously on the show.’
In a statement to Leeds Live after the crash, a spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: ‘The pedestrian remains in a critical but stable condition in hospital and enquiries into the incident are ongoing.’
West Yorkshire Police recently said there are no updates and that their investigations are ongoing.
