PR-turned-jam-connoisseur Asher is 28 years old and from Rhondda Valley, South Wales.

His brand Rogue sells jams, marmalades and chutneys, inspired by his mum’s love of selling jam at local markets.

Rogue features some more unusual flavours like an espresso martini marmalade, bravado chilli pepper jam, and a negroni marmalade.

Health coach turned drinks maker Bola hails from Hertfordshire.

The 46-year-old has already won two awards for her startup fizzy drinks company Jitterbug.

Jitterbug drinks are only 40 calories and come in three flavours inspired by the 1950s.

This Apprentice-style competition will air every Thursday on BBC One at 9pm.
