HOUSE Of Games fans have called out an “unfair” guest as a new batch of celebrities take on the challenge.
Monday always means a fresh set of famous faces join Richard Osman for the next five shows.
Each week, a group of celebrities go toe-to-toe in testing their general knowledge skills in a variety of entertaining games.
This week’s instalment sees Sarah Kendall, Jay McGuiness, Linda Robson and Bobby Seagull test their general knowledge skills.
Yet BBC viewers called out a potential “unfair” advantage for Bobby, 38.
The Maths teacher from London appeared on brainbox series University Challenge back in 2017.
One fan took to Twitter to muse: “I’ve nothing against Bobby but isn’t it a bit unfair to have a professional quizzer from #UniversityChallenge on #houseofgames 🤔🤔.”
Another posted: “I like Bobby Seagull but it does seem unfair. They should have had a professional quizzers special. #HouseOfGames,” as a third wrote: “Having Bobby Seagull on House of Games feels like having Tyson Fury on celebrity boxing. #houseofgames. (not having a go at him. He seems lovely).”
One then added: “Of course Bobby Seagull is going to win #houseofgames, he’s a quiz genius. I’m just here for Linda Robson’s delight in winning any points.”
Bobby then replied personally and teased: “Do watch again. I promise there will be surprises and shocks!”

Another show fan put: “Not a betting man but I’d bet my life savings he’ll win this week. No pressure, Bobby.”
Yet perhaps hinting at the show outcome, Bobby replied and quipped: “I’ll bookmark this tweet 😉”
Previously, viewers have slammed show bosses for calling in celebrities they had never heard of.
They were also irked when GMB weatherman Alex Beresford joined the line-up.
