ALFIE Boy has revealed that he overdosed on pills after splitting from his wife.
The 46-year-old opens up about the “dark place” in his life in an upcoming episode of Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof.

Alfie and Sarah, 45, were married for 16 years before they went their separate ways in 2020.
The West End superstar told people his marriage was over following months of growing tensions.
Two years on and Alfie has bravely spoken out about how badly their split has affected him.
According to The Mirror, Alfie says during a stint on the BBC show: “When my separation happened initially I went into a really dark place.
“It’s weird to talk about, I’ve not spoken about this in public, but I’m willing to, if it can help anyone out there that needs that.
“I’d gone through beating myself up and hating myself and not having any love for myself and it resulted in a foolish act of throwing some pills down my throat because I’d lost my way.
“I ended up in a rehabilitation facility for about five weeks and it was a scary time.”
Alfie and Sarah met in San Francisco while he was rehearing for La Boheme.
They tied the knot in 2004.

They share two kids together Alfred and Grace.
During the episode, Alfie adds: “We have two beautiful children but unfortunately our journey wasn’t to last a lifetime.
“Even though we’re close and we’re friends it’s not the same. It’s been nearly two years now but it still feels so raw. I miss her. I miss what we had.”
Freeze the Fear, hosted by Holly Willoughby and Lee Mack, sees celebs face challenges in the icy landscape of Northern Italy.
Alfie is joined by the likes of Professor Green, Gabby Logan, Owain Wyn Evans, Chelcee Grimes, Patrice Evra, Tamzin Outhwaite and Dianne Buswell.
The show started on April 12.
Alfie has had two No1 albums with Michael Ball and lead roles in Broadway and West End shows.
