I’m 49 and peri-menopausal.
I seem to have every symptom – mood swings, hot flushes, insomnia. I feel so tired and anxious all the time, I snap at everyone.
The other day I was mean to a secretary and when my boss asked me to file a report, I felt so overwhelmed I was almost in tears.
