JACKASS star Bam Margera is missing AGAIN from a Florida rehab facility and police are searching for the actor.
Just two weeks ago, the actor bolted from a court-mandated center.

TMZ reported that Bam was last spotted on Saturday around 5:30 pm in Deerfield Beach, FL.
The 42-year-old was wearing a black shirt, sweatpants, and sneakers.
The county detectives are currently searching for him as he left the Lifeskills residential facility without permission.
They are also asking people to call if anyone knows of his whereabouts.

This isn’t the first time the cops have looked for Bam, as he escaped a rehab center on June 13.
The Jackass actor was court-ordered to stay at the facility but left the property after he was “unhappy” with the place and its services.
He told a staff member he was “splitting” and left the property.
Bam did say he was going to check into a different facility before leaving in a black sedan, but his whereabouts weren’t known.

The staff was worried for him but claimed he was not a harm to himself or others.
Police did not find him after searching the first time, but found out he was staying at the Delray Beach Hotel days later and brought him back to the facility.
Sources close to the stunt performer told TMZ that he was “staying at the sober living facility after recently getting into an argument with his wife.”
STUNT GONE WRONG
Bam is used to performing high-risk stunts and activities, due to being a skateboarder and being in Jackass.
But last month, he was severely hurt when he had a skateboarding accident that left both of his wrists and an elbow broken.
He was hospitalized after breaking his wrist for the 10th time.
The actor went to a skateboard park during the 30-minute break of his Alcoholics Anonymous meeting just across the street.
Bam tried to do a trick he hadn’t done in over a year, but things did not go to plan.
TMZ reported that his arm was “bending backward and bones nearly breaking his skin.”
He was then sent to the rehab facility after his arm was cast, but was not allowed to use pain medication as he was in recovery.
The filmmaker blamed the rehab center for not arranging his physical therapy appointments correctly and therefore wanted to leave.
GETTING HELP
Although Bam entered rehab for his physical injuries, he was also recently in rehab for his substance abuse.
In October it was revealed that Bam initially entered the rehab center after he “attacked a woman and tore her breast implant” while intoxicated on cocaine.
He allegedly “attacked” a female victim at the Don Cesar hotel according to a September 26th 911 call made to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office uncovered by PageSix.
“They’re doing cocaine in the room,” the caller claimed, after stating he arrived on the scene for a “pick-up order,” though he did not specify which of the three was doing drugs.
“He attacked her, grabbed her breast, and she said she thinks he tore her implant,” the man claimed to the dispatcher, after explaining that there were two women in the room.
The caller alleged that one of the guests was a prostitute, and the other was Bam’s “minder” or caretaker.
However, a representative for Bam later issued a counter statement to the allegations, denying the entire report as “defamatory.”
His transfer back to the rehab facility was not considered an arrest, and despite the caller’s claims, no charges were filed that day.

TMZ had obtained photos of Bam at a bar near his hotel a day before he was found by police and they were told he was off his medication for several days.
He has one son, Phoenix Wolf, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Nikki Boyd.
