In his filing, West’s lawyers said: “California premarital agreements entered on or after January 1, 2002, are presumptively invalid.”

“The presumption of invalidity exists until rebutted at trial or the parties ratify the agreement. We are in the early stages of the case so no ratification has occurred.”

According to the Daily Mail, California law requires one of the individuals involved to challenge the prenuptial agreement before it can be declared void, but the rapper had yet to do so.

If he were to do so, he would have to show that the arrangement was “unconscionable,” which means it was one-sided or that neither party freely agreed to it.

Kanye West threatened to challenge Kim Kardashian over their prenuptial agreement, ostensibly to thwart her efforts of declaring herself single.

According to Daily Mail, the 44-year-old rapper’s attorneys have filed court filings claiming that any prenuptial agreements made in California after 2002 are deemed to be invalid.

The court hearing that happened on March 2, however, declared the two as officially divorced.

After witnessing Kanye West’s new music video for Eazy, Pete Davidson’s buddies are allegedly scared for his safety.

The rapper unveiled the track, which includes a diss track directed at Kim Kardashian’s new boyfriend.

“This is, for real, really scary,” one friend told Page Six.

His friend also told Page Six: “Pete doesn’t have a social profile, so most of the time he doesn’t even know what people are saying or doing.”

Davidson back on SocMed briefly post-Eazy

After Kanye West premiered the violent music video for his single Eazy, Pete Davidson momentarily returned to social media.

For weeks, the Chicago rapper has been slamming Kim Kardashian’s new partner on social media, even referring to him as a “d**khead” in one of his posts.

He reinstated the account, bringing back the one and only post he had made before being deactivated.

While it looked that the Staten Island native had returned to social media, Pete promptly deleted the account 20 minutes after it reappeared.

According to TMZ, Ye’s lawyer provided three conditions, with two of them rejected by the judge.

• Any right to get reimbursement of money that’s supposed to be divided up will be preserved in case either of them dies.
• Kardashian would not transfer any assets she had in trust.
• If Kardashian ever remarries, she would waive the “marital privilege,” meaning a new spouse would not have to testify about communications he had with her.
