An unedited photo of Kim, 41, at the fashion event has surfaced on Reddit and fans have much to say about it.
Many seem to think they see “loose skin” on the KKW Beauty mogul’s neck, suggesting that’s a sign she’s had surgery.
Others noted the extreme measures she went to in an effort to fit into her Met Gala gown, originally worn by Marilyn Monroe in the 60s, suggesting that had something to do with it.
One critic wrote: “Neck looking like that spitter zombie in left 4 dead 2.”
Another wrote: “I noticed she’s starting to get a gobble under her chin.
“When she sees some of the pics from last night it’s very obvious.
“Maybe from losing 16 pounds in 3 months she royally f**ked up her skin.”
They concluded: “That won’t snap back.”

SNACK ATTACK
Kim was obviously ready to break her diet the moment she returned to her hotel from the star-studded bash.
She shared a video of a donut stand set up inside her room, which included two chefs serving up mini donuts.
The mother-of-four gushed: “So after the Met I am starving and my favorite donuts in the entire world in New York City are these mini donuts.
“Oh my god, you guys I have them in the room, how cute is this!”
Kim then panned the camera to a table on the side filled with dozens of pizza boxes stacked on top of each other.
Cracking open one of the boxes to reveal a margarita pizza, she squealed: “And pizza!”
The SKIMS founder said: “And pizza I haven’t had carbs or sugar in almost a month, definitely three weeks. I’m so excited!”
Kim was ripped for her Met Gala outfit, claiming it didn’t match up to her long train of incredibly bold moments in years past.

Speaking with Vogue at the Gala, Kim detailed the many hoops she had to jump through to fit into Marilyn’s iconic gown.
The Kardashians star and Pete Davidson took a quick trip to Orlando, Florida, days before the gala to see where the dress was being held at Ripley’s Believe It or Not!
Kim told the magazine: “I had this idea to try it on and then they came with armed guards and gloves.”
At first, the dress didn’t fit over her signature curves, but that didn’t stop her from wearing it.
She told the magazine: “I tried it on and it didn’t fit me. I said, ‘Give me three weeks.’ I had to lose 16 pounds down today.
“It was such a challenge. It was like a [movie] role. I was determined to fit [into] it. I haven’t had carbs or sugar in about three weeks.
“We’re having pizza and doughnut party back at the hotel [after the Met Gala].”
DRESS DETAILS
Marilyn’s dress – which she wore to serenade John F. Kennedy in 1962 – was designed by Jean Louis and originally cost $12,000.
It wasn’t just tight on Kim – PEOPLE reported that the late actress allegedly had to be sewn into the dress prior to her iconic performance at Madison Square Garden.
Ripley’s purchased the gown from Julien’s Auction in November 2016, paying a jaw-dropping $4.81 million for it.
It is, to date, one of the most expensive dresses in the world.
FAMILY AFFAIR
Kim wasn’t the only Kardashian at the Met Gala.
For the first time in the gala’s history, her entire family was invited.
Sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian both attended for the first time ever.
Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner and Kris Jenner were also in attendance.
Both Khloe and Kylie faced backlash over their looks, though it was for very different reasons.
The Good American cofounder was slammed for playing it too safe, while fans found the Kylie Cosmetics mogul’s look – a wedding-style gown designed by Off-White – to be too out there.
Kim was the last of the family members to walk the red carpet, meaning she was not photographed with many of them.
Some Kardashian fans speculate she wasn’t pictured with Kylie because she “refused to pose” with her in her outfit.
One fan speculated on Reddit that Kim deliberately kept her distance from Kylie and her other sisters at the prestigious event.
They shared a throwback of Kim with the text, “You look like f**king clowns” and captioned it: “Kim refusing to have a photo taken with Kylie.”
Another agreed, asking: “Did she take any pictures with the family?”
A third posted in since-deleted comment: “She’s obviously embarrassed.”
