Chyna’s supposed lost income

Ciani broke down what Chyna lost in income during her closing argument today in court.

This lost income includes $92,500 for each episode of a hypothetical season 2 of Rob & Chyna, along with $25,000 per post for an average of 20 posts a month for MAC Cosmetics, and four $20,000 club appearances per month, according to The Sun reporter at trial.

During her closing argument, Ciani showed a slide and said that there were 70 hours of unaired footage of Rob & Chyna, per The Sun reporter at the trial.

She also said that storylines for season two were confirmed.

Ciani takes dig at Kardashians

During her closing argument, Lynne Ciani said that reality stars who use “filters” are “bombarding our society,” adding that Chyna was real and wanted to come across as authentic, The Sun reporter at trial said.

Chyna did not cause ‘physical damage’

Ciani said in court today during her closing argument that Chyna caused “property damage” during their argument but not “physical damage,” a claim she says was made up by the defendants.

Ciani calls Rob’s testimony ‘remarkable’

Ciani said: “What happened yesterday was pretty remarkable,” and claimed that Chyna never assaulted Rob Kardashian because he said that he “didn’t have a mark on him.”

“There was no call to the police, no trip to the hospital, not even a band-aid on him,” Ciani told the jury, according to The Sun reporter at the trial.

Ciani: Rob and Chyna were ‘having fun’

Lynne Ciani — Chyna’s attorney — said during her closing argument that “Rob and Chyna were having fun.”

She referenced a Snapchat video shown earlier in court on the night when they were throwing piles of money in the air and fooling around, according to The Sun reporter at the trial.

Kris ‘was like her second mother’

Ciani claimed that Chyna was the one who called Kris Jenner on the December morning after her alleged fight with Rob, after which Corey Gamble went to the house.

Ciani said Kris, according to The Sun reporter at the trial, “was like her second mother.

Then, she referenced Chyna’s troubled upbringing and how she moved around a lot.

Ciani said Rob & Chyna was ‘number one’

Rob & Chyna “was the number one ranked show,” attorney Lynne Ciani told the jury during her closing argument today.

Despite it being named one of the top shows on the network, no full ratings were revealed in court, or how it compared to Keeping Up With The Kardashians, according to The Sun reporter at the trial.

Cianni’s closing argument, part one

Despite saying that her closing argument would be 45 minutes, Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani spoke for over an hour during her closing argument, according to The Sun reporter at trial.

She told the jury, during her closing argument, to “use your common sense” as she recounted witness testimony throughout the trial.

Corey’s testimony, part four

Corey also claimed in court that Chyna threw a chair at Rob’s car as he tried to get away, before picking up a “little patio table,” but he managed to wrestle it out of her hand.

He also said that he told Rob to leave Chyna because it was a toxic relationship, telling the jury: “I grew up around that kind of behavior, it reminded me of everything, I told him this is not going to stop.

“He told me he was going to get out of the relationship, he didn’t want to be treated like that.”

During questioning, The Sun reporter at the trial said that Corey appeared annoyed at Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani because she kept asking the same questions.

The Kardashians’ team also seemed disappointed as they shook their heads at the scene.

Corey’s testimony, part three

Corey described Chyna as “angry and intoxicated” in court today and said at one point that he heard her say: “I wouldn’t like this fat f***** if he wasn’t part of this family.”

He said that he told Rob to get his wallet and keys and Corey got in the middle of them to physically separate them, per The Sun reporter at court today.

While Rob left to get his belongings, Chyna carried on shouting and screaming at him, according to Corey. 

Corey’s testimony, continued

Corey said he drove quickly to the house and parked behind the nearest car, accidentally blocking Rob in, according to The Sun reporter at the trial.

He also said that when he walked into the residence, Chyna saw him and dropped an object in her hand, which he claimed in court was a “rod” adding that it wasn’t a stick or made of wood.

Corey claims Chyna was still screaming at Rob and after dropping the object launched at him with a long phone charger cord, which she began whipping him with.

He said as soon as he got into the house he could hear her screaming that she hated him and wanted to kill him.

Kim spotted

Kim is now present in the courtroom, according to The Sun reporter at the trial.

Kylie’s friend, Fai Khadra is also in the courtroom.

Corey Gamble’s testimony

Corey took to the stand on Tuesday dressed in a dark suit and was seen chewing gum on the stand, according to The Sun reporter at the trial.

He gave an eyewitness testimony about the night he saw Chyna and Rob get into an alleged altercation at the house.

Corey told attorney Michael Rhodes: “I could hear Rob vaguely but Chyna was screaming in the background.” 

He said it was on speakerphone and she could he told the court: “I could just hear Chyna screaming f*** you, f*** him, I’m gonna kill you, you fat motherf******, like in anger.”

Naked photos explained

The naked photos that Ciani claimed “derailed” Chyna’s testimony are central to a separate trial which is set to begin a week after this one ends.

In next week’s trial, Chyna is suing ex Rob, alleging he posted it online out of retribution.

Rhodes denied any wrongdoing when it came to showing the pictures to Chyna, saying: ‘”The premise that I tricked the witness into seeing those photographs is absurd.”

The court is now on break until 1.35pm local time.

After the break, the court will be hearing closing arguments from both sides.

Coffee talk

Kris and Khloe had been seen having a serious discussion and sipping Starbucks coffees before the jurors were brought back in and given instructions, according to The Sun’s reporter.

For the jury’s consideration, continued

Judge Alarcon instructed the jurors to consider what harm, if any, the defendants caused; whether they interfered with any possible contact with E!; and whether Chyna has proved her loss of income, after it was revealed she has only provided back statements and has not paid taxes for at least three years.

Judge Gregory Alarcon spent 45 minutes giving the 12 jurors instructions, referencing they “should not consider the wealth or poverty of any party.”

The jury is being told to consider only the facts of the case and to not listen to outside parties or read any media reports about the trial or the parties involved, as per usual rules.

Ciani’s reaction to the ruling

After Judge Alarcon ruled that Chyna couldn’t redo her testimony, Ciani argued with the judge.

Voices were raised, according to The Sun’s reporter, as she said she “emphatically” asked for them to be removed.

“Counsel never agreed to the naked photos,” Ciani said.

Chyna’s redo testimony denied

Judge Gregory Alarcon ruled that Blac Chyna can NOT take to the stand again to redo her testimony, claiming her counsel had ample time to object to the restraining order being shown, which featured the naked photos.

Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani previously claimed seeing the images caused Chyna distress and it “derailed” her testimony.
