THE Kardashians faced off with Blac Chyna in a long-awaited trial in Los Angeles – but day two of the court case ended abruptly after an “illness” was revealed.

Friday’s court session ended early due to Chyna’s attorney feeling ill “considering the times we are in.”

The abrupt decision to end the court session followed Kris Jenner’s emotional testimony.

Kris was seen crying while alleging Chyna put a gun to Rob’s head during a heated argument in December 2016.

“She said it was funny, Chyna said it was funny, a joke. It’s not funny. I have horrible memories of being in Paris with my daughter outside an apartment,” Kris claimed in court while being questioned by Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani, according to The Sun’s reporter.

She accused the model of slashing Tyga in a violent fight while he was dating Kylie, but also said she did not have any proof of Chyna’s alleged abuse against the rapper.

“I just heard what Tyga told us, he was physically abused and that she had fights with him, with a knife cut on his arm, things like that,” she testified.

When quizzed if she ever saw the knife slash on his skin, Kris claimed she hadn’t but only heard about the abuse secondhand.

Despite this, Kris also admitted that she was excited about her son’s engagement to the model, saying, “Their relationship had gone to another level, it was progressing and that’s what Rob really wanted. It was a joyful time.”

Chyna is suing the Kardashian family for allegedly being the reason the second season of her reality show, Rob & Chyna, was canceled.

The influencer, whose real name is Angela Renée White, first filed the suit back in 2017 and is asking for more than $100million in damages.

  • ‘They were hammered’

Kris Jenner was questioned in court about a text she sent to the showrunner claiming “they were hammered,” referencing Rob and Chyna.

She insisted she wasn’t sure if Rob had been drinking but that she presumed the pair had been boozing as her boyfriend Corey told her they’d been up all night.

Kris said it was an “ongoing theme in their relationship,” in regards to Chyna “drinking and doing drugs.”

  • No reaction from Kim and Khloe

Before day two of the case ended, Kim and Khloe – who were seen chatting – had no reaction when it was decided court would break early.

However, Kris appeared to be concerned.

  • What did the Kardashian’s attorney gesture to Kris?

The Kardashian’s attorney, Michael Rhodes, was seen gesturing to Kris to put her mask on.

Meanwhile, Chyna’s attorney – who appeared concerned and had been in close contact with Chyna – did not have a mask on.

  • Court ends early

Friday’s court session ended early due to Chyna’s attorney feeling ill.

Prior to the session ending, her attorney asked to speak to the judge in private with counsel for the Kardashians because of her “health,” adding “considering the times we are in.”

Chyna’s attorney and the judge went into chambers for approximately 15 minutes.

Before coming out, the judge apologized to the jury and said he had not been aware of it.

  • ‘A tumultuous time’

Kris Jenner was asked why she described herself as a “little business girl” in her deposition, to which she replied she was confused, adding that her role in business was different from those at E!

The attorney then showed an email allegedly written by Rob to his mom and all of his sisters, begging them to help keep the show alive.

Kris testified: “I just wanted to say I don’t believe Rob wrote this letter,” saying he had only given her a handful of Mother’s Day cards in his life and it was very unlike him.

Ciani showed Kris how he’d signed off the letter, and she insisted he may have given permission for it to be sent, but she didn’t feel it was his style to have actually written it.

Kris added that she didn’t remember what state of mind Rob was in when he sent it, because one day he was OK, and the next the situation was a mess again, adding that it was “a tumultuous time.”

  • Cancellation allegations

Michael Rhodes, the Kardashians’ attorney, then questioned Jeff Jenkins further, asking: “Did you become aware at any time that Rob and Chyna had reconciled?”

    He replied: “No, sir.”

He added that he did not have any control over the next season of Rob & Chyna and that it was up to the network, saying he didn’t believe they were filming for a second season.

Then, before lunch, Kris Jenner briefly returned to the stand and was questioned by Chyna’s attorney, who claimed Khloe and Kylie had emailed the E! Network demanding they “cancel” season 2 of Rob & Chyna.

Ciani had no proof of these emails, however, and Kris said she was unaware her daughters had tried to intervene.

  • Chyna’s potential show

Attorney Ciani asked Jenkins in court on Friday: “Khloe Kardashian was disgusted with Chyna at the time?”

He replied: “Yes m’am,” adding that she was very protective of her brother and they were super close at the time of the fight.

Jenkins admitted he helped Chyna to try and get a show of her own after her season with Rob was cut, entitled The Real Blac Chyna, which was pitched to a number of networks excluding E!

He said it would follow her as a single mom co-parenting two children in a new chapter of her life, and that she also wanted to focus on her music career.

Ciani asked Jeff if he felt Chyna would be bad singer, but he replied that he felt she had potential and that she had attitude, was “a sexually attractive female,” and had a lot going for her.

He added: “Move over Nicki Minaj.”

Jenkins said he witnessed her recording and thought, “Holy cow,” and that she later had some songs played on the radio and available on Apple Music.

But he admitted The Real Blac Chyna never went ahead, saying: “They did not pick up the show that I presented to them, no.”

  • ‘Pow wow’ at Kris Jenner’s

Jeff Jenkins, former producer for Rob & Chyna, was asked about a “pow wow” at Kris Jenner’s house in Hidden Hills, which he referenced in his deposition, at the trial on Friday.

He insisted he didn’t think it was specifically about season two of the show, but they all met and talked about Rob trying to strangle Chyna with a phone cord.

Jeff said he was 99.9 percent sure Chyna was not in attendance.

  • What is Blac Chyna’s net worth?

Chyna’s net worth is estimated to be $10million according to Celebrity Net Worth.

  • No relationship, no show

The Kardashian’s attorney asked Jeff Jenkins: “If there is no Rob and Chyna relationship, can there be a second season?”

Jeff simply responded: “No,” adding that the premise of the series was two people living together and raising a child.

Chyna’s attorney then questioned Jeff and asked if the show was originally called Rob & Chyna In Love, which he said it was but they decided to shorten it.

She argued that he told the court he had never seen the couple happy after their first meeting about the series, referencing scenes in the show where they seemed in love while on a hike.

The trial and line of questioning then stopped for a break.

  • Producer knew about the Rob and Chyna fight

Jeff Jenkins claimed he’d heard about her blowout fight with Rob and Chyna, in which Chyna allegedly tried to strangle Rob and a “gun was involved.”

He said the decision over season two of Rob & Chyna was at the sole discretion of the buyer, which in this case was the E! Network and that the producers, including him, Kris and Kim, did not have a say.

He said he went over to Chyna’s home himself and tried to encourage her to see the therapist, telling the court: “She said f**k no, f**k that, f**k Rob, I’m not doing that.”

At that point, Jenkins said, he felt “very sad” and in his mind, felt the show was now over.

  • ‘Negative, negative, negative’

Jeff Jenkins, best known for producing The Simple Life, Total Divas, and Keeping Up with the Kardashians and its spinoffs, was then questioned by the Kardashian’s attorney, Michael Rhodes, via Zoon from his home in San Pedro, California.

He said in the beginning Rob and Chyna seemed “very happy and joyful” and a series about their relationship seemed like a viable spin-off for KUWTK, saying the family were excited.

Jeff said he later saw observed changes between the couple and said they were regularly arguing and “very upset with each other,” and the vibe was just “negative, negative, negative.”

He said it became very difficult to shoot a show about Rob and Chyna in love when they didn’t even want to speak to each other.

He insisted he got his own therapist to agree to house calls and went to visit Chyna himself to try and help her keep the show.

  • On Rob and Chyna’s reconciliation

Kris Jenner was then quizzed by Chyna’s lawyer about why she was fine with Rob and the model reconciling in early 2017.

Kris said the pair were convincing and told the family they “really wanted to try again,” at which point they tried to get them therapy to work out their issues and to be better at communicating.

  • Alleged CPS involvement

Kris Jenner also said, regarding the fallout between Rob and Chyna, “We didn’t put Chyna on a show and get her a house, and fill it with Christmas decorations and give her this fabulous life so we could take it away.”

The momager also revealed CPS were investigating and interviewed the family about the situation, but although she was in constant contact with Chyna’s nanny, she admitted to being worried about Dream’s safety, according to the US Sun reporter at the trial.

  • ‘She is really so stupid’

Another text from Kris to the showrunner read: “I’m so angry,” as she recalled the fallout between her son and Chyna, along with: “It’s wild, she is really so stupid.”

A bombshell text was then read out in court, in which Kris allegedly told the show runner: “Let’s take her off the show and just make it The Rob Show, raising his daughter.”

Kris did not deny sending the text, but insisted, “It was 24 hours after she tried to kill him, I was really upset and trying to figure out what to do.”

She added that she was worried “as an executive producer and a mom” and that everyone was “scrambling about.”

  • Kris’ angry texts

Further texts between Kris Jenner and a Rob & Chyna showrunner were read out in court, including the star saying: “He was devastated, he needs to ditch this b***h.”

When asked why she used that word to describe Chyna, Kris apologized and said she wasn’t proud of it but that she was “very angry and very upset,” adding that she wouldn’t usually like to call anybody a b***h.

Ciani further quizzed why she wouldn’t want to call Chyna a b***h if she had legitimately tried to murder Kris’ son, and Kris again said she didn’t like the phrasing.

  • Kris is laughing through the pain

During questioning from Chyna’s lawyer Lynne Ciani, Kris made a joke alluding to the Will Smith-Chris Rock slap at the Academy Awards when asked about whether she felt Chyna had tried to “murder” her son, according to The Sun’s reporter in the trial.

Kris had told her she “beat the sh** out of Rob’s face,” as the attorney pressed the matriarch on why she said that.

Then, Kris joked: “It’s like if you were at an awards show and someone came up and slapped you, you’d say, ‘They just beat the sh** out of me.’”

Those in the courtroom laughed as Ciani asked: “Are you comparing what happened at the Academy Awards to someone beating your son with a metal pole?”

Kris, still smiling, said that it was a “figure of speech,” adding: “Everyone has a different way of speaking.”
