Messages from 2017 ressurface

In court today, a text message that was sent in March 2017 to the producers of Keeping Up With The Kardashians was shown and reads: “OK, I don’t know what to do at this point but the level of disrespect is just unreal.

“Chyna told everyone that she’s on her show and she went to go get Dream’s ears pierced with Rob on camera today.

“We specifically all had a talk about this and said Chyna can never be on her show.”

Where is Rob Kardashian now?

Rob Kardashian is famously known for appearing on Keeping Up with the Kardashians as well as its spin-offs alongside his sisters.

He also starred in his own show called Rob & Chyna in 2016 which focused on his life with his ex, Blac Chyna.

Although he tends to avoid publicity, he has been gradually making more public appearances alongside his siblings, however, fans began to worry about his health in March 2022 after his sister Khloe Kardashian liked a cryptic tweet about him.

According to The Sun reporter at the trial, court was adjourned at 4.30pm today.

Corey gets annoyed

During questioning, The Sun reporter at the trial said that Corey appeared annoyed at Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani because she kept asking the same questions.

The Kardashians’ team also seemed disappointed as they shook their heads at the scene.

Corey gives his testimony, part four

Corey also claimed in court that Chyna threw a chair at Rob’s car as he tried to get away, before picking up a “little patio table,” but he managed to wrestle it out of her hand.

He also said that he told Rob to leave Chyna because it was a toxic relationship, telling the jury: “I grew up around that kind of behavior, it reminded me of everything, I told him this is not going to stop.

“He told me he was going to get out of the relationship, he didn’t want to be treated like that.”

Corey described Chyna as “angry and intoxicated” in court today and said at one point that he heard her say: “I wouldn’t like this fat f***** if he wasn’t part of this family.”

He said that he told Rob to get his wallet and keys and Corey got in the middle of them to physically separate them, per The Sun reporter at court today.

While Rob left to get his belongings, Chyna carried on shouting and screaming at him, according to Corey.

Corey said he drove quickly to the house and parked behind the nearest car, accidentally blocking Rob in, according to The Sun reporter at the trial.

He also said that when he walked into the residence, Chyna saw him and dropped an object in her hand, which he claimed in court was a “rod” adding that it wasn’t a stick or made of wood.

Corey claims Chyna was still screaming at Rob and after dropping the object launched at him with a long phone charger cord, which she began whipping him with.

He said as soon as he got into the house he could hear her screaming that she hated him and wanted to kill him.

Corey told attorney Michael Rhodes: “I could hear Rob vaguely but Chyna was screaming in the background.” 

He said it was on speakerphone and she could he told the court: “I could just hear Chyna screaming f*** you, f*** him, I’m gonna kill you, you fat motherf******, like in anger.”

Corey Gambale on the stand

Corey took to the stand dressed in a dark suit and was seen chewing gum on the stand, according to The Sun reporter at the trial.

He gave an eyewitness testimony about the night he saw Chyna and Rob get into an alleged altercation at the house.

Witnesses lined-up

Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani said that she had no other witnesses to call up today; however, the Kardashians’ attorney Michael Rhodes said that he will be calling matriarch Kris Jenner’s boyfriend Corey Gambale to the stand.

According to The Sun reporter at the trial, Gambale is meant to arrive in court this afternoon.

Seacrest speaks on 2 of Rob & Chyna

Seacrest said that he’d never heard about season two of Rob & Chyna and that he never spoke with any of the Kardashians or Chyna about the season, according to The Sun reporter in court today.

Ciani asked if it was normal to regularly be in contact with Kris Jenner and for these conversations never to come up, to which he said it was “likely.”

He was later presented with a copy of a tweet he sent on December 14, 2016, in which he congratulated his “brother Rob” on the pickup of season two.

But he said he didn’t recall anything about filming for a second season and even though he’s listed as an executive producer on all of the spin-offs, he has no physical duties.

Seacrest on Chyna

The Live! host said in his video deposition that he had not met Chyna in person but that he did have her and Rob on his show twice to promote Rob & Chyna.

On his first impressions of Chyna, Seacrest said “she was bold and memorable.”

In his video deposition today, Seacrest recalled how he was a co-creator of Keeping Up With The Kardashians when the show was sold to E!, according to The Sun reporter at the trial.

He also said in his deposition that he had little to do with the show in recent years, but spoke up to give his opinion on certain aspects of the show.

Chyna is seeking more than $40m for loss of earning damages and more than $60m in loss of future earning capacity damages, according to court filings in the case against the Kardashians.

Could KarJenners kill season 2?

The voice of the attorney, Rhodes, boomed in the court room as he asked Stotsky: “Do you believe my clients were trying to kill season two?!” as he gestured towards Kris Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner, the Sun reporter noted.

Stotsky smiled and replied: “With all due respect, they don’t have the authority to actually do that.”

He later added: “We cannot produce a show called Rob & Chyna if there is not a couple called Rob and Chyna.”

During re-direct by Lynne Ciani, she pointed out that the couple’s relationship was allegedly “too gross” to feature on E! as a spin-off, but they were not too gross to appear on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Stotsky insisted that wasn’t his testimony and that the couple would only appear on the main show during couple’s therapy.

Relationship was too ‘toxic’

During cross-examination from Michael Rhodes, the Kardashians’ attorney, Stotsky called Rob and Chyna’s relationship “gross” and said allegations of physical and emotional violence were not on brand for the network, and that their series was no longer the show they bought.

He claimed in the beginning that they had seen the relationship blossom and that fans were excited to see Rob after so long, but things had turned too toxic.

No storyline discussed

Even though Stotsky confirmed in court on Tuesday that a PDM was approved, he told the jury there were two aspects to the green light — one financial, the other creative.

He insisted that the latter part never happened because the couple had split and there could not be a Rob & Chyna show without Rob and Chyna as a couple.

He added that despite E! sending out a press announcement, this did not mean a season two was definitely going ahead, because they had not discussed a storyline.

Blac Chyna’s mom banned from trial

Chyna’s mom Tokyo Toni was banned from attending the rest of the trial by the judge after she went on a social media rant against the Kardashians and Jenners on Monday, April 18, 2022.

In an Instagram video, filled with profanities, she criticized all of the Kardashian women and called Kris “decrepit.”

KarJenners seek to shield ‘financial condition’

According to documents uncovered by Radar Online, ahead of the trial getting underway, the Kardashian-Jenner clan filed a motion demanding that “any conversation or evidence regarding their wealth or financial condition should be banned from the jury trial.”

The request also stated that Chyna only be permitted to discuss their financial state if “the jury returns a verdict awarding damages.”
