This week, we revealed that the broadcaster would be going ahead with airing Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion despite her being arrested.

The first episode is set to play out just days after Katie, 43, was arrested at the ‘Mucky Mansion’ on Friday night.

The mother-of-five is facing five years in jail for allegedly sending a “gutter s**g” text to her ex Kieran Hayler about his fiancée Michelle Pentecost.

Now, the star has turned off the comments section on the Instagram pages relating to the renovation of her messy home after facing fan backlash.

The official TV show page, which sports an impressive 21,600 followers, previously allowed followers to interact with posts by leaving comments under the snaps.

Her latest post details how “comments have been limited” just days after she was arrested at the family home and taken into police custody overnight.

Close sources said the text allegedly branded Michelle a “c***ing w***e piece of s***” and a “gutter s**g” in a scathing message.

Earlier this week, The Sun revealed how Katie’s family urged her to seek help at the Priory in the weeks leading up to her arrest.

A friend said those close to the former glamour model were worried about her behaviour, which they claim had become increasingly erratic.

Katie could face a maximum sentence of five years in prison if charged and convicted.

She is already on a 16-week suspended sentence for drink driving after she flipped her BMW in a horror smash in September.

A person can be recalled to prison for the length of their suspended sentence if they were to breach the terms of their licence.

Usually a court will focus on the new crime that has been committed when sentencing and take the original term into consideration as an aggravating feature.

In this case, Katie could be jailed for five years with the 16 weeks running concurrently or potentially on top of the main sentence.

Katie was slapped with the five-year order in 2019 after she called Michelle a “f***ing c***” during a foul-mouth tirade at the school gates.

She was forbidden from contacting Michelle “directly or indirectly”.

At the time Katie described the court drama as “exaggerated nonsense” and wasn’t sorry because she “didn’t do anything that bad”.

But she pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Horsham Magistrates Court.

The arrest is the latest twist in the troubled star’s turbulent life.

Just last month, Katie avoided jail for flipping her car in a drink-drive crash.

A judge slammed her for believing she is “above the law” but couldn’t send her to prison because of a legal loophole.
