KATIE Price is due in court TODAY charged with a fresh driving offence after avoiding jail for a drink-drive smash.
The troubled star, 43, was allegedly caught driving over the 60mph speed limit in a BMW close to her mucky mansion in Horsham, West Sussex.

It came just 11 days before she flipped the flash motor in a drink-drive crash on September 28.
Katie is due to appear at Crawley Magistrates’ Court this morning charged with speeding.
She is also accused of failing to give information to police when asked following a driving offence.
The charge is the latest in Katie’s recent court drama after she was charged with breaching a restraining order.
The ex-glamour model allegedly sent a “vile and nasty” message aimed at Kieran Hayler’s partner Michelle Penticost branding her a “gutter s**g”.
She was warned she was in “grave danger” of going to prison if she is convicted after pleading not guilty to the offence.
Katie is set to appear at Lewes Crown Court this Wednesday.
She is already on a 16-week suspended sentence for drink driving after she flipped her BMW in a horror smash in September.

“You knowingly and deliberately flouted a court order and not for the first time.
“You seem to think you are above the law.”
The judge also said Price, who has six previous driving convictions, had “one of the worst driving records I have ever seen”.
She has been in court on at least 16 occasions for her driving offences but has never once been to jail.
Katie expected to get her driving licence back in April, but was banned for a further six months following an admin bungle.
She served an 18-month disqualification after withholding the identity of the driver of her pink Range Rover during a crash in Bexley.
In the last ten years she has been banned from driving a total of six times.
