KATIE Price has sparked concern with her latest Instagram upload – as fans slammed her for the way she was holding her dog.
The former glamour model posed alongside her pooch Captain as she announced her upcoming events over the weekend.
Katie, 43, took to Instagram with the snap, which showed her holding her tiny dog in one hand as she pouted towards the camera.
“Loved my makeup masterclass in Nottingham,” she captioned the photo, showing off her completed look from the day.
She encouraged her following to “get tickets” for her upcoming masterclasses in Northern Ireland and Ireland.
However, her fans were left distracted and headed to the comments with concern over the way Katie was holding Captain.
“Poor dog, being held terribly!” one wrote, as a second chimed in to agree: “Hold the dog properly love.”
“That poor dog being used like an accessory,” a third scathed, as they noted how the puppy was being held just by the chest.
Others clapped back that the dog looked “perfectly happy” as they defended Katie over her latest post.
“The dog seems happy enough,” one wrote, as a second agreed: “How is it a poor dog? She is just holding him.”

It comes after furious Katie let rip at a cruel troll who mocked the tragic deaths of her pet dogs on social media.
The media personality took to the Instagram comments section of Carl Woods‘ page after spotting the unkind remark.
The keyboard bully remarked under the snap of Carl and Captain: “Make sure Katie doesn’t let another animal die.”
Straight underneath, mum of five Katie slammed: “Who the f**k are you little p***k,” to which he added: “Just a concerned animal lover who knows your terrible record.”
Last year, Katie was criticised after getting a third pet following the death of her puppy, and her giving a dog away.
At the time, she was preparing to welcome another guard dog called Okra into her home, despite giving away a French bulldog.
Her Alsatian, Sparkle, was previously hit by a car when it escaped her home and ran out onto the road.
Sparkle was the half-sister of Pricey’s other dog Bear – both of whom had escaped from her West Sussex house a number of times.
In May 2019 Bear ended up on the busy London-to-Worthing dual carriageway that runs by Katie’s mucky mansion and was saved by a passing police officer.
Yet he was re-homed after he bit another dog and a vet advised he could be a threat to people.
A year before, Katie spoke of her devastation after pet pooch Queenie was killed in a hit and run.
