The reality star first revealed that they were trying for a child in a trailer for The Kardashians in March.

In a sneak preview of the upcoming episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney, 43, and Travis, 46, updated fans on their baby progress.
Hulu’s cameras follow as the mom of three is getting ready for an event, revealing that she has an egg retrieval coming up.
While sitting in the makeup chair getting glammed up, she reveals: “I’m doing my egg retrieval on Tuesday.”
Someone who appears to be emotional is then heard saying through tears: “They need a baby.”
Before the trailer ends, Kardashians fans are taken inside a doctors office with the couple.
During the visit, the doctor tells Kourtney: “There’s a follicle here, but it looks old. Very unlikely to get a mature egg.”
In a confessional interview, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum says: “All we need is one good egg and now it’s just in god’s hands.”
The trailer concludes after the visit.

FEELING DOWN
In April, during an episode of The Kardashians, the TV personality confessed that she had been facing a private health struggle amid her attempts to get pregnant.
Kourtney told her mom Kris Jenner: “The medication put me into a depression. I have everything in the world to be happy about.
“I just feel off and not myself. I’m super moody and hormonal.”
She went on: “I’m a lunatic half the time.”
Kris then opened up about her own struggles with pregnancy.
She shared a story about a 1994 miscarriage, which she’s talked about in the past.
The Kardashian momager said: “I got pregnant in 1994 and had a miscarriage and my body entirely shut down.”
Kris added: “I was moody and depressed and bloated and didn’t feel well… everything you just described, I went through it.”
She encouraged Kourtney to keep trying, despite the challenges, telling her: “You’ll have a beautiful baby, probably a year from now.
“We’ll be sitting right here, and you’ll be yelling, ‘Get the baby, it’s crying’.”
Kourtney chimed in: “God willing.”
BABY INCOMING?
The talk of pregnancy comes amid increased speculation that Kourtney is expecting.
After a low-key birthday celebration, she hit up the happiest place on Earth where she indulged in various sweet treats.
She shared a snap of herself holding a Mickey-Mouse-shaped doughnut covered in powdered sugar.
Fans spotted balloons and crowds in the background as she ventured through Disneyland.
Not long after, the reality star filmed her shadow strolling through the park.
She showed off her mouse ears, then panning the camera down over her outfit.
Kourtney was wearing black cargo pants and a baggy black T-shirt as she concealed her stomach.
Her belly appeared to poke out ever-so-slightly beneath a graphic tee with a skill and flower design on it.
She then panned back up, recording the theme park.
Rumors have been swirling that Kourtney and Travis are expecting for some time.
The couple announced that they were trying via IVF in the trailer for the new season of The Kardashians.
Fans were certain they saw a growing “bump” as the reality star stepped out at the Oscars with her Blink-182 rocker fiancé by her side.
She appeared to have a slightly extended stomach as she posed in a tight Thierry Mugler dress.
She further fueled speculation at the Grammy Awards, where fans again thought they spotted a “baby bump” when she attended the show wearing a black jumpsuit.
Then, Travis posted a bikini photo of him cradling Kourtney’s stomach.
She appeared in a red swimsuit with the drummer standing behind her in black swim trunks.
He had one hand on her stomach and another on her hip in the photo.
