Kourtney, 42, and Travis, 46, said their “I do’s” on Monday night just hours after the Blink-182 rocker performed on the Grammys stage.
Their surprise wedding saw the lovebirds take to the One Love Wedding Chapel in Vegas at 1:45 a.m., Elvis impersonator on the premises.
Now, The Sun can exclusively share that mom Kris, 66, is “so happy Kourtney has finally found love,” but wants her to get a prenup.
“Kris has warned her to be careful as she worries she is getting too caught up in the fantasy. Two of her daughters have had failed marriages and she doesn’t want to be negative, but she wants her to protect herself.”
The source said: “Kris has pulled her aside and advised her to take precautionary measures to ensure that she is covered if they ever do split.”
“It’s likely there will not be an official marriage without an NDA or prenup if Kris has anything to do with it.”
They continued on the spontaneous decision: “Kourtney and Travis were just having fun in Vegas and I don’t think all of the family knew they were doing this, they will be clarifying it’s not legal.
And on the wedding venue choice, they added: “They are both obsessed with the [Quentin Tarrantino] movie True Romance, they wanted the memory of getting ‘hitched’ quick and for it to be exciting.”

Kourtney and Travis donned the same clothes they wore at the awards show to their wedding ceremony.
Sources earlier claimed they were “determined to get married” – even if the financial side of things hadn’t been sorted out.
Now, the high-profile couple are allegedly working on a postnup to protect their combined $115million fortune.
An insider earlier told TMZ: “The two had started working on a prenup, but nothing had been signed.
“We’re told the plan now will be for a postnup – and should be handled without issue.”
The KUWTK alum is reportedly worth an aformentioned $65 million, while the Blink-182 musician has a rumored wealth of around $50 million.
EARLIER LOVES
This is the first time that Kourtney has been married though she shares three children with her ex Scott Disick; Mason, 12, Penelope, nine, and Reign, seven.
As for Travis, this is now his third marriage as he most recently was married to Shanna Moakler from 2004 to 2006.
The former partners share two children, 16-year-old daughter Alabama, and son Landon, 18.
ROMANTIC PROPOSAL
Back in October 2021, the Blink-182 drummer proposed to the famous reality star at a beachside hotel in Montecito.
Travis and Kourtney walked hand-in-hand and made their way down to the beach, where he’d set up an extravagant floral arrangement.
After popping the question and presenting Kourtney with the engagement ring, she said yes and jumped into his arms for a big kiss.
The lovebirds were rumored to have gotten engaged in Vegas last year, prior to Travis’ beach proposal.
