According to The Sun, the ITV show, which will be hosted by Holly and Freddie Flintoff, will have celebrities go head to head in a range of sporting challenges for the new series.

During The Games, you will see the competitors battle it out in the athletics arena, the swimming pool, velodrome, and the gymnasium.

Each competitor will be put to the test in racking up points for the medals table. And as well as live coverage of the events, each episode will showcase the celebrity’s preparation.

With all of the celebrities being taught and trained by some of the UK’s top leading coaches.
