He branded Thomas a ‘gas lighter’

The row escalated to such an extent that Adrian ripped off his microphone and stormed out, telling his husband Thomas to “f*** off”.

Adrian raged at him: “Honestly, you’re such a gas lighter! You are so manipulative – you’re like a child! Pulling faces, you’re like a child!”

The digital designer added: “This is it, I feel like I have finally been pushed over the edge.

‘I can’t do any more, I can’t fix any more, I can’t make this any better. It’s all gone now – all back to stage one! And it’s because of your behaviour!”

Thomas retaliated by telling Adrian he “couldn’t fix a fence”, which made his husband declare: “I’m done, I’m done, I’m sorry, I’m stopping.”

Ripping off his mic and marching out the room, he added: “I’m taking this microphone off. Now f*** off.”

Thomas, who works as a mental care assistant, and Adrian’s row kicked off as they moved in together.

They had already come to blows at the previous night’s Commitment Ceremony over their conflicting views on fellow newlyweds Whitney and Duka.

Sitting down in their new pad, Thomas told his husband that he didn’t want to look at their wedding photograph sitting on the side.

“Unless I get an apology, I’m done,” he said.

Adrian asked: “Let me know what the apology is for?”

Thomas told him that it was for ‘shouting in his face’ at the Commitment Ceremony.

Looking confused, Adrian said: “Really? You’re going to tell me off for raising my voice? You? You’ve screamed at me and called me obscenities around a pool.”

Adrian’s temper continued to flare, as he continued: “What was it your business to get in the way of that woman?”

Thomas said it was ‘in his earshot’ before asking: “Why did you then attack me?”

Both seeing red, the pair rowed furiously before Adrian left the room.

As he slammed the door, Thomas knocked down their wedding photograph that was sitting on the kitchen table.

Fans were stunned by the row, with one tweeting: “Watching Thomas and Adrian argue is just too much on a Monday!”

Another said: “Adrian and Thomas are a match made in hell cause that was awful!”

A third even wrote: “Thomas & Adrian are toxic!!! No way should they continue to be married, if they do it’s just cos they want fame!”

Incredibly, Thomas and Adrian managed to clear the air later in the episode and even shared a hug on the sofa.

“For me, it really is about building trust,” Adrian told his hubby.
