Mark Wright showed off his surgery scar after having a 12cm benign tumour removed last month.
The former TOWIE star, 34, who recently discovered the lump was non-cancerous, took to Instagram on Friday after a spin class in his first workout since his Mexico trip with wife Michelle Keegan.
Posing shirtless, Mark lifted up his arm to show off the scar on him armpit as he told fans he was having to adapt his exercise regime to allow the tissue to heal.

A rather sweaty Mark said: ‘My first proper session back. If you haven’t started yet I understand. Sometimes it takes that first week to get back into the swing of things.
‘Im absolutely drenched in sweat, trying to get rid of this holiday fat. I gained about 8/ 9lbs over Christmas. I will get it off and continue to challenge myself in January.
‘As you can see I’ve lost a little bit of size. I’m not allowed to do weights, probably won’t for another couple of weeks because of that little b*****d.
‘But we’re getting there. Not to bad. Lost a little bit of leanness but it will come off.’

The television personality said on December 21- two weeks after his operation: ‘I got the news the other day that it is all clear, it’s cancer free. It was a terribly worrying time, but that’s done it’s in the past, we move on.’
Mark, who is married to Michelle Keegan, went on to say that he has been feeling worried and anxious about what the tumour ‘could have been’ and said he was left feeling ‘low’ as he recovered.
He continued: ‘I’ve had the worry and the anxiety about what this could have been, and just staying in and recovering just leaving me feeling a little bit low and not very motivated.’

He explained that he hadn’t been able to exercise for the past two weeks while he recovered from the operation, but has a much ‘clearer’ head now he is able to exercise again.

Mark went to reveal that he was later told that the tumour was benign, however doctors feared there was a chance it could turn cancerous and decided to remove it from his armpit.
After having the tumour removed, Mark said he wanted to share his journey with his followers in the hopes of encouraging others to get lumps checked.
Mark, who shared a picture of the lump in his arm, an image of himself in a hospital gown and the mass once it had been removed, and urged his followers to seek medical advice if they discovered something they were worried about.
He wrote: ‘MORAL OF THE STORY: If you notice anything that doesn’t look or feel quite right. Don’t leave it.
‘Nothing in life is more important than your health and well-being. Get checked, check yourself and make sure you take good care of yourself.’
