Today fitness expert Chloe opened up about her body’s new normal and said that exercising had been impossible for at least two months.

Writing on Instagram, the 34-year-old said: “A lot of you are asking if I’m still 15 and the answer is yes.

“In all honesty I couldn’t for about two months because I was so unwell, Very sick, and shockingly bad headaches, but gradually I’ve been able to resume my training frequency over the last 2 to 3 weeks.”

Chloe and James often work out together, and Chloe said it was tough not being able to hit the gym.

She added: “I haven’t gone two months without training in over nine years! But I like knowing the stimulus has returned and I’m excited to have a new reason to work out.”

She also advised other pregnant women to continue working out where possible but said some adjustments would need to be made.

Chloe said: “You are absolutely fine to continue on with what you were doing before you got pregnant.

“A few things might need to be tweaked.

“No lying flat on your front or back, no high intensity workouts, no progressive overload, re-strength fitness, but it is perfectly healthy and beneficial to your pregnancy to continue on with your training.”

Her hubby, retired rugby star James announced their happy news live on Good Morning Britain earlier this month during an interview with Chloe’s dad Richard.

Chloe, 34, waited for the telly announcement before sharing her joy on Instagram and included a happy photo with her rarely seen mum.

Along with her husband, Judy is a veteran presenter but retired from TV after 43 years in the spotlight and is rarely seen on her family’s social media.

Chloe’s pregnancy announcement post featured a time lapse video of the baby’s scans as it grows inside her belly and a loved-up photo with James.

Another photo included her mum Judy celebrating the good news with Chloe.
