Ricky Gervais cut a casual figure as he spoke on-stage at the season three premiere of After Life at the BFI Southbank in London on Thursday.
The actor, 60, wore a black jumper and matching jeans as he took part in a question and answer session at the event, ahead of the 14 January release date of the final series of the hit Netflix show.
Comedian Ricky posed alongside actress Jo Hartley, 49, who plays the character of June in the show and Diane Morgan, 46, who portrays Kath.

Dame Penelope Wilton, 75, who plays Anne, and Michelle Greenidge, 51, who stars as Valerie were also in attendance.
Ricky plays grieving local newspaper journalist Tony in the black comedy-drama as he begins to have his spirits lifted by his adoring support network.
The show is set in the small fictitious town of Tambury and explores Tony’s struggle with immense grief for his wife.

The plot sees Tony try to become a better friend to those around him – who are each grappling with their own problems.
In the last series, things intensified when the threat of the local newspaper being shut down reared – sending everyone into a panic at the prospect of unemployment. The characters turn to Am-Dram as a way to lift spirits – with hilarious results.
After Life became the most watched British comedy of the decade at the end of 2021 with more than 100million views on Netflix.

The official series three trailer shows Ricky’s character Tony as he comes to the realisation that he needs to let go of himself and find contentment in making other people happy to experience joy in life.
The clip also features some comedy moments, and colourful language, as Tony undertakes the task of scattering the ashes of his late father who he regularly visited in a home in previous series.
Ricky recently shared the promo for the show on his social media pages and fans were quick to flood the comments section.
