She’s one of Australia’s most glamorous reality stars, known for her model looks and picture-perfect marriage.

But SAS Australia recruit Anna Heinrich has shared a dark secret that will change how fans see her forever.

During Monday’s episode of the Channel Seven show, the contestants were asked to reveal a shameful secret about themselves.

The Bachelor star, 35, broke down under interrogation as she spoke of her battle with low self-esteem, telling the Directing Staff: ‘I just don’t feel like I’m ever good enough and I’m just ashamed of sometimes who I am.’

‘Like, how I want to be better and not so negative and have more self-belief… and especially now that I’ve got a daughter,’ added Anna, who shares her one-year-old daughter Elle with husband Tim Robards.

‘I want to make sure I can instill that in her,’ she added.

Despite being pushed to the brink of hypothermia, Anna managed to dig deep and complete the challenge.  

Anna spoke of her struggles with self-doubt while explaining her decision to join SAS Australia in a recent interview with Perth Now.

‘I’m not a very confident person, I have a lot of self-doubt – if I don’t think I can do something then I don’t want to do it,’ she said.

Tim and Anna fell in love on The Bachelor Australia in 2013 and married in Italy in 2018. They welcomed daughter Elle in November 2020.
