Stacey Solomon has admitted to being ‘so unfit’ after becoming worn out after a day of family fun at a water park.

The Loose Women panellist, 32, took to her Instagram Stories to give her followers in insight into her day at Aqua Action with her husband Joe Swash and three sons.

She filmed the boys all playing on the inflatable obstacle course and water slides as they made the most of the sunny weather.

Captioning the joyous clips, she wrote: ‘Time for some bank holiday fun. The boys love this place so much and I haven’t been on for a couple of years because I was pregnant so I promised [I would soon].’

‘Joe loves it the most tbh,’ she added.

Stacey even gave the course a go herself, only to be tackled off the inflatables by her eldest son Zachary, 14.

She said: ‘Zach has been waiting all year to get me in that lake. I can’t fight them off anymore as they’re too blooming big.’

The TV presenter also shared an adorable snap of her two-year-old Rex in a wetsuit, commenting it was ‘giving her life’.

But she was left feeling a little worse for wear afterwards, and had to run a relaxing bath to recover.

Confessing to her fans, she said: ‘All done and ready to go home. Can’t feel my legs anymore.’

She later added: ‘I’m so unfit. I feel like I could throw up after that.’

It comes after Stacey took to Instagram on Thursday to reveal ‘the best feeling in the world’ as her daughter Rose spoke her first words. 

She gushed as she revealed Rose, six months, had said ‘Mumma’ –  her first child to do so.

In the black and white clip, the former X Factor star sits on a bed with Rose as she repeats the word over and over, with the little girl eventually copying.

Stacey, who is also mother to sons Zachary and Leighton, 9, from previous relationships as well as Rex who she shares with Joe. 

Admitted that despite whispering ‘Mumma’ into her son’s ears when they were newborns, each spoke the word ‘dada’ first.

In the video the loving mother cuddles Rose laughing: ‘Yes mumma, good girl!’.

As the gorgeous little girl giggles Stacey beams for the camera and kisses her daughter on the cheeks. 

An emotional Stacey wrote: ‘M U M M A,  The best feeling in the world. Rose has said her first word. And it’s Mumma’.

‘My heart is so full, Coming home from work to this was just the best. All of the boys said Dadda first no matter how many times I secretly whispered mumma in their ears hoping they would learn it first’.

‘Happy Thursday everyone. I hope this makes you smile as much as it has me tonight, Well done Rosey Posey, Mumma loves you so much’.
