Another suggested: “Chelsea probably made him get Botox.”
A third commenter wrote: “His forehead wrinkles are filtered out,” with a laughing-crying emoji.
A fourth remarked, “His face looks like a mask and it’s unsettling lol.”
The criticism about his altered appearance comes after it was announced this week that the couple scored a show on HGTV called Farmhouse Fabulous.
The series, which is set to debut in 2023, will follow the famous pair as they help families renovate their homes.

With Cole’s past experience with construction and Chelsea’s love for interior design, the pair have taken the next steps in their career.
“After building our dream farmhouse in Sioux Falls a few years ago, we realized we have a real knack for design and home reno and it’s evolved into our passion,” the busy father told the outlet.
Chelsea added, “We can’t wait to take our fans along this next crazy journey of building our business from the ground up, with four kids in tow, showing all of the highs and lows on the renovation site and at home.”
COPYING ALLEGATIONS
The new show hasn’t been without controversy: the Teen Mom 2 alum was accused of copying an influencer’s nursery design before she landed the gig.
Fans previously ripped Chelsea for landing the new series despite having “no experience” of interior design.
She has now been accused of “copying” another Instagram influencer’s nursery design.
One fan noticed striking similarities between daughter Walker’s room and a nursery owned by social media star in Ohio.
The ex MTV star used similar floral wallpaper, wooden slats, the same white cribs with clear panels on the sides, and to tie it all together, the child’s name was written in an identical font.
The sleuthy fan shared a side-by-side collage of the images to Reddit, showing just how indistinguishable Chelsea’s nursery was from the influencer’s.
“In honor of Chelsea landing a show on HGTV, here’s a throwback of her exactly copying an IG influencer’s nursery,” the post was captioned.
Others were flabbergasted at the lack of ingenuity, rushing to the comments to slam Chelsea for “copying” despite her newest venture on HGTV.
HATERS GONNA HATE
They’ve also faced backlash for the design choices in their brand-new South Dakota dream home.
In August, on their home’s Instagram page, Chelsea and Cole shared a huge snapshot of their entire property.
In the snap, clouds hovered above their farmhouse.
Half of the building appeared to be covered in shadows, due to the black paint.
The caption stated: “This is your sign to paint your house black.”
Trolls were quick to jump into the comments section to share their dislike.
“Never!” one ripped, while a second mentioned: “Bird poop though.”
Throughout the building process last year, Chelsea shared frequent updates on the construction of the property.
In one post, Chelsea wrote: “When was the last time I showed the exterior? My dad went out and got some really awesome drone shots the other day and I HAD to share.
“I just love it. Crazy to think how close we are to being done!!”
Alongside the caption was a sky view of the farmhouse being built while the roof appeared to be all black.
Fans took to the Reddit comments section to react, and again, it was not positive.
DOTING DAD
We’ll be seeing a lot more of the family once their HGTV show begins.
Chelsea and Cole share son Watson, five, and daughters Layne, three, and Walker, one.
Chelsea also has daughter Aubree, 12, with ex Adam Lind.
Teen Mom fans were surprised how much their daughter Layne looks like her big sister Aubree in a recent video.
Cole shared a clip of himself painting his little girl’s nails, and his also followers went wild over how “amazing” of a dad he is.
One follower said: “It’s crazy how much she’s like Aubs,” as another wrote, “She’s legit Aubrey’s twin!”
A user commented: “She is Aubree. Aubree is her.”
Along with being obsessed with the similar appearances between the sisters, fans also found themselves even more infatuated with Chelsea’s husband.
“Awww daddy doing his little girls nails. Lucky girl, you’re an amazing daddy Cole,” one follower told him.
Previously, Chelsea had shown how much Layne took after her when it came to looks.
