THE Chase’s Bradley Walsh was left less than impressed with Mark Labbett after a savage dig.
Dubbed The Beast, Mark couldn’t resist taking a swipe at the popular host during a special celebrity edition of the ITV game show.

The team of sports presenter Jacqui Oatley, radio DJ Dev Griffin, darts player Fallon Sherrock and comedian Johnny Vegas joined forces in a bid to win but they fell at the last hurdle.
Radio star Dev stepped up to try his hand in the cash builder round where he managed to collect £5,000.
As Bradley introduced Mark into the Chaser’s chair, the quiz master took his swipe.
“I think you two could form a double act – Dev and Div,” suggesting Bradley was a ‘div’.
The host was less than impressed and grinded his teeth in disapproval.
Once they got stuck into playing, Dev couldn’t resist Mark’s top offer of £50,000 saying he’s “whole life ahead of him”.
Dev managed to secure the £50,000 and went in to the final round with the collective £56,000 the celebs had managed to amass.

But that’s where their good fortunes ended in the repeated episode from 2020.
Chaser Mark ‘The Beast’ Labbett caught the team pretty easily as they only answered 14 correct questions between them in the closing round.
The celebs answered several questions incorrectly which included: “The disease rickets is caused by lack of what vitamin?”
After the celebs had had their round of questions, presenter Bradley Walsh said: “We need a lot of push backs. I’d say we’re at least five light. At least.”
Mark didn’t have to work too hard to defeat the celebrities, as he successfully answered all his questions before the 60 seconds was up.
When the episode first aired during the early days of the coronavirus pandemic, it raked up complaints to Ofcom for an ‘alleged lack of social distancing”.
At the time of filming, ITV stuck to the guidelines of “Close Cohort Contact” which were relevant at the time and allowed guests to touch each other.
Following the complaints, ITV revealed contestants were tested between 48 and 72 hours before filming.
They also had to guarantee that they or any of their household contacts had symptoms.
An ITV spokesperson said at the time: “Series 11 of The Chase Celebrity Special was filmed using approved Close Contact Cohort protocols.
“As such, host Bradley Walsh and the celebrity contestants were able to physically interact for short intervals.
“The safety of our cast and crew is of the utmost importance.”
