The Kid Laroi has made a generous donation to a youth centre in Sydney‘s Redfern during his trip to Australia.
The Thousand Miles singer, 18, presented a $100,000 cheque to The Fact Tree Youth Service, The Daily Telegraph reported.
The Kid Laroi, whose real name is Charlton Howard, was born in the nearby suburb of Waterloo and grew up in relative poverty.

‘It is definitely surreal, I am f***ing proud to be back,’ the singer said.
‘I am blessed to come back. It is good to see everyone, it has been such a long time so it is definitely super surreal.’
It comes after The Kid Laroi sent hundreds of Sydneysiders into a frenzy on Sunday when handed over customer orders at McDonald’s in Waterloo.

He kicked off his End of the World tour in the US before bringing it Down Under.
The tour will be his first in Australia since he opened for his late mentor Juice WRLD in 2019.

It’s been three years since Laroi left Australia to following his dream of conquering the United States.
And just hours after he opened the 2021 MTV VMAs with Justin Bieber last year, Laroi announced he will bring his End of the World tour Down Under.
