TOP Boy fans can now buy the jacket Jamie Tovell wears in the hit Netflix show – but it’s not cheap.
The blue and black coat, which isn’t even available in shops, can be bought off the streaming giant‘s website.
However, there’s one minor catch in that it costs $500 – more than £370.
However, it is perfect for fictional gangland kingpins like Jamie who spend much of their time sloping around wind-lashed London.
The Top Boy Nocta Tech Jacket, which Nike and Gore-Tex have both leant a hand in making, is advertised as lightweight, windproof and water-repellant.
As the latest series of Top Boy begins Jamie – played by Micheal Ward – is being forced to work for Dushane Hill’s gang.
And after a stint in prison he appears to have traded in last series’ black and black North Face jacket for a new one.
One fan tweeted this week: “I want that jacket Jamie had in Top Boy. It’s a Nocta jawn. $500 for a windbreaker is like killing me tho.”
Top Boy originally aired on Channel 4 for two series between 2011 and 2013.
The show was dropped but eventually got picked by Netflix with backing from superfan and rapper Drake, who is now a producer on the drama.
The third series of the show – set in London’s Hackney and also this series Morroco and Spain- was released in 2019 with the fourth appearing in March 2022.
Netflix is yet to announce if it will commission another series after the latest run began earlier this month.
