THE NETFLIX hit show, Stranger Things, introduced the character Enzo in the fourth season.
The first seven episodes of Stranger Things season four were released on May 27, 2022.

Who plays Enzo in Stranger Things?
Enzo is one of the newest characters to enter the Stranger Things show and is played by Thomas Wlaschiha.
Fans might recognize Wlaschiha from the overly successful series Game of Thrones where he played the character Jagen H’ghar.
Wlaschiha, 48, is originally from Dohna in Germany but he moved to the US when he was 17 years old to pursue a career in acting.
Although he appeared in numerous films and TV shows, Wlaschiha’s career didn’t take off until 2012 when he scored the role in Game of Thrones, making him a household name.
“I’ve been doing this [for 20 years] before Game of Thrones. I’ve always been lucky to make a living just from acting, so I didn’t have to do any jobs on the side,” Wlaschiha told Metro Style in 2018.
“I consider myself very lucky, but of course, things have changed a bit since Game of Thrones. It made it much easier for me to get on a part — to be considered for other parts. That’s one of the greatest gifts I got from Game of Thrones.”
Wlaschiha went on to star in the NBC action-thriller series Crossing Lines (2013-2015), the 2011 film Resistance, and the 2014 film, Mr. Turner.
He now takes up his role in Stranger Things alongside fellow Game of Thrones actor Joseph Quinn, Twilight actor Jamie Campbell, and Robert Englund who is known for his role as Freddy Krueger in Nightmare on Elm Street.

What is Enzo’s role in the show?
Enzo was introduced to Stranger Things briefly in the third season as a corrupted Russian guard.
A minor character has turned into an essential one as Enzo, whose real name is Dmitri Antonov, creates an unlikely partnership with Hopper.
It’s revealed he helps Hopper escape from prison in the first episode of the new season and changed his name to hide his identity.
His name comes from Hopper’s story where he and Joyce were supposed to go for a date before he supposedly died at the end of the third season.
Enzo used his name in an attempt to convince Joyce that Hopper was still alive by using the name of the restaurant where they were supposed to meet.
Wlaschiha posted a video of a scene between his character, Enzo, and Hopper in what is a tense mood between the pair.
He captioned the video, saying, “I bring news ….from America — S4 pt1 is now streaming on @netflix !! Dmitri’s bets are not on Hopper ;).”

Season four of Stranger Things premiered on Netflix on May 27, bringing the horror story back to viewers.
The show can be streamed exclusively on Netflix which aired all nine episodes of the fourth season.
