In June 2022 a TikTok trend started which involved a video which featured a fake sonogram photo that was photoshopped to look as if the Zendaya had posted it herself.
The original TikTok videos were part of a prank called getting Krissed.
The clips opened with an image of a fake sonogram image showing a fetus, with Zendaya’s profile image photoshopped in to make it look as if she had posted the picture.
The caption read: “I love you. Halfway there.”

A fake comment with heart emojis from Marisa Tomei was even added to make the image look more real.
The video sent Twitter into meltdown, with fans questioning if the actress was pregnant.
However, the clip was just a prank and there is no truth to the rumor.
This isn’t the first time Zendaya and her boyfriend Tom Holland have faced “pregnancy” rumours
In January 2022 a TikTok video went viral claiming that Zendaya was married to Tom Holland and was about to give birth.
The video acted as a catalyst for the rumor and started a chain reaction across the internet.

Numerous videos on Tiktok show morphed pictures of the Spider-Man actress with a protruding stomach.
Upon close inspection, the pictures look photoshopped and clearly show they have been changed.
The rumors were of course completely untrue and there was no proof at all to them.

Zendaya tends to keep quiet when it comes to the rumors about her love life.
However, following the June 2022 pregnancy hoax she took to her Instagram Stories to address them.
Posting on a black background she simply wrote: “See now this is why I stay off Twitter…
“Just making stuff up for no reason weekly.”
When did Zendaya and Tom Holland start dating?
Zendaya and her Spider-Man costar Tom first sparked dating rumors in 2017 after appearing in Spiderman: Homecoming together.
An insider told People magazine at the time that “they started seeing each other while they were filming Spider-Man.”
However, the two continue to attempt to keep their relationship out of the public eye, and tend not to comment on their romance.
