Surveillance footage from outside the barbershop has been released.
Per the CCTV footage, Kay was seen strolling down the street where he shot Oscar Hernandez.
He passes by what appears to be a barbershop. After a few seconds, a man presumed to be the victim steps out of the barbershop.
Flock is seen walking in the same direction as the man.
